 Design review and raise RFIs/Technical Queries. Involved in Prequalification’s and Material submittals as per project specifications. Coordinating with procurement department for vendor finalization / material submission and approvals of suppliers / vendors / equipment, tracking progress by material submission / procurement register. Managing the drafting team for the submission / approval of shop drawings, tracking progress by shop drawing register. Involved in QCDD authority submission and approvals. Liaising with authorities for approvals and having up-to-date knowledge on the current regulations and standards. Coordinating with procurement department to ensure the availability of materials as requested and required at site. Installation of HVAC services, Fire Fighting, Plumbing & infrastructure works. Maintain Material & Site Inspection Registers and Assure all installation complies with Project requirements, Inspected and approved by the Consultant and Clients. Coordinating with Electrical / other trades for verification of actual equipment loads with IFC’s, notifying changes. Liaise with all stakeholders (Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and internal departments) to ensure project deliverables are catered to during the engineering, execution, and close-out of the project. Coordinating with Site Engineers in quantifying total material and labor requirements for the project, ensuring timely order of materials, and planning / sub-contractors. Coordinating with QS to ensure that all variation works are captured, and delays notified so that effective claims are made to increase budgeted project margins. Attending the Technical & coordination meetings with Main Contractor, consultant & Client. Involved in Commissioning of HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Drainage & Infrastructure works. Involved in Spare parts List, Operation & Manuals & clearing of snag list for smooth handing over of project under DLP.

 Checking specifications, Design Drawings and coordinating with Design team in case of any issues. Review of Engineering submission which includes Shop Drawing, Material submissions and method statements and notifying in case of discrepancies. Following the MEP materials log, procurements plan and handling materials submittals according to project specification for approval and following for materials delivery. Attending co-ordination meeting and co-ordination with other Building services. Liaison with MEP subcontractor for MEP works and tracking its progress as per Baseline programme to meet the projects deadlines and achieve the target. Manage, Coordination and Supervision for MEP subcontractors and civil team to get the MEP work fronts and clearances at site. Sending delay notifications and warning in case of delays and deviations from standard procedures. Responsible for MEP works inspection on site and made sure that work has been done as per standard quality norms. Involved in coordination for 11kv Cable laying/ pulling, Qatar District Cooling, ENVAC, Swimming pool, Irrigation, Elevators, Garbage chute, testing commissioning and local authority. Involved in Correspondence of client letters. Involved in Infra-MEP works installation and all tie-in connection for Storm, Sewage, Potable, ENVAC, Irrigation, Chilled water, Telecom and HV Cable.
