Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning• Manage all aspects of construction from planning to the final implementation stage.• Review tender documents, specifications, conditions of contract and bill of quantities (BOQ) for each construction package and obtain required clarifications from client/consultant.• Supervise quantity take-off from drawings.• Preparing and reviewing of method statements and work specific quality control plans.• Analyze project risks and recommend effective mitigation plans.Team Management • Coordinating manpower planning and planning for competency building. • Team building and providing effective leadership to realize the potential of every member of the team for delivering quantifiable results. • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to network with project members, consultants, contractors, statutory agencies with consummate ease. Project Planning & Management • Planning project activities and managing construction work including site measurements, reviewing designs / drawings, while ensuring compliance to quality assurance.• Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress and de-bottlenecking.• Designing the execution time and allocating resources according to the project requirements.• Managing design consultants and contractors to meet the schedule, budget and required deliverables.Skill Set:• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, technical procedure manuals and equipment specifications related to MEP services.• Ability to directly manage all phase of the project. Excellent technical, analytical, design and engineering capabilities• Extensive experience in MEP Construction Field. • Excellent communication skills.• Knowledgeable in Mechanical, HVAC, Firefighting, and plumbing items required for building.• Excellent coordination skill to deal with other Engineering fields.Computer Skill: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MS Project & Internet Applications.
