 A key team member in the process with more than 7 years of experience.  As a Trainer/Training Specialist, trained more than 50 medical graduates and experienced MTs to successfully take up the job of a medical scribe. As a Team Lead, managed a team of 20-25 Medical scribes working on various providers/doctors. Handled new implementations and made them go-live in shortest period of time. Perform random quality audit and grading of medical charts and provide one-on-one/group feedback. Received R&R for the above accomplishments, such as, Employee of the Month, Employee of the Quarter, as well as Employee of the Year.

 Working one-on-one with US healthcare provider/physicians and assisting them for all their documentation/EHR needs. Create medical charts/notes in real-time based upon physician-patient interaction for every patient visit. Maintaining excellent Quality and TAT with highest client satisfaction. Scribed for one of the toughest and challenging physicians and commended several times by the provider.  Achieved “Doctor Approved” status on 2 providers. Trained 6 Medical Scribes and mentored them achieve the “DA” status on my primary doctor.

 Instrumental in setting up operations of the organization, Heartland, in Delhi. Actively involved in recruitment and training of more than1000 trainees across different centers of Heartland. Conducted 6 month training to the recruited trainees in Delhi, Kathmandu, & Bangalore. Visited providers of Heartland like IDS, Chandigarh / Himalayan Infotech, Kathmandu / Selectronics Ltd., New Delhi to oversee the training activities and guiding the support team in transition from training to production.
