CurrentOrganization:T-Mobile – (US)Designation: RF EngineerDuration:October 2021 to July 2023Department: RF Design & OptimizationJOB PROFILE: -Current Job Responsibility:I have been involved in multi projects of Optimization, Designing & Planning for T-Mobile during my tenure in this company like Small Cell Planning / Special Events Monitoring / Monitoring of sites (NSD, Sector add & Layer Addition) after the integration done / E911 provisioning for small cell as well as Macro sites / ASSET update and taking rediction plots / Port Matrix / RFDS creation and Visio image creation/ COP Review for small cells.DAS cluster working from END to END. Asset-Magenta Built-Element-RFDS-PM-ART Intake request-slipped backhaul creation-RF configuration-E911 Provision.Request to the Drive team to do E911 call test and prepare drive route.Trouble ticket creation on PIER tool to FOPS team for HW related issues.Monitor the new technology/existing technology for 72 hours after which send COP to TMO.RFDS Creation:First Reference RFDS selection: We will check with site POR in inflight tracker and RFDS existing POR’s If RFDS shows, Site Has Final/Submit for review project. we will check and decide from Inflight tracker for the reference RFDS if Final/LB.Add New Datasheet with given Project(Anchor/L600/L1900) & Select Main/interim as per market guidelines.Configuration Selection will be done as per existing Live Build/reference project that may be 3/4/6th sector config with SRAN or Non-SRAN Config.Azimuth, Height, Mech tilt/Ele Tilt and TMA/ diplexers as per the existing RFDS.Technology assignment will be given with Proposed POR & existing Technologies.HCS cables & Power boosters will be added as per standard calculator.To Create new RF Design Sheet (RFDS) for T-Mobile Operator – Node’s NSD/ Capacity/ Sector-Add/ Replacement/ Cell-split/ Metro-integration and Air scale 5G with N600, N28 GHz, LTE 2100, 1900 & L600/700 Bands in the National RFDS tool.
