I was responsible as project manger to implement SAP ERP in current organization. I was involved to finalize vendor and hardwares and all processes related to implementing the SAP ERP as project Manager. During project I went to Schwabe, Germany for understanding process of our parent company and explaing the project status. I was also involved to give project status weekly to Schwabe, IT Germany.Presenting I am managing SAP ERP, IT infrasturcture and IT planning and coordination with our parent company for implement global IT policy as head of IT department.
