 Spearheaded large teams of more than 100 personnel to carry out operational tasks delivering high value projects from diverse locations. Performed operations and maintenance of helicopters at high altitude areas of Udhampur, Leh and Thoise. Worked as Fleet Manager for fighter, transport, helicopter and UAV fleets managing more than 130 aircraft and looking after all techno-logistic functions.  Planned and executed induction of new helicopter squadrons in Srinagar, Leh and North-Eastern sectors. Led a team of 15 personnel to recover a crashed helicopter from helipad at Gurez sector, close to LAC at 14,500 feet altitude and - 20°C temperature saving more than INR 50 Crores to the state exchequer. Ensured aircraft support for teams operating from Siachen Glacier and Anti-Naxalite operations. Formulated top level maintenance policies while serving at Air Headquarters. Coordinated the entire maintenance task during International Joint Exercise with Royal Singapore Air Force.

Bangalore

 Played active role in the Project Team for Design & Development of Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) by suggesting weight budget concept thus saving the weight of the helicopter by 200 kg. Suggested innovative ideas for Light Combat Helicopter saving more than INR 100 Crores. Monitored the integration of SAFRAN Ardiden-1H1 (Shakti) engine on ALH & LCH and its operational trials. Involved in modification of Cheetah helicopter to Cheetal by re-engining with SAFRAN make TM-333 2M2 engine.

Bangalore

 Provided valuable inputs on man-machine interface for the design team for 2 Ton Class Rotary UAV Project.  Worked closely with IAF and Indian Navy to bring down development cost of Rotary UAV Project by INR 10 Crores Guided ADE team in marketing and business development of their products with Services and Para-military.

Mauritius

 Worked as Chief Engineer, Mauritius Police Helicopter Squadron performing maintenance and administrative tasks  Imparted training to 150 personnel and recruited 55 personnel. Incorporated cost cutting measures saving up to USD 1 million to the Government of Mauritius.  Co-opted as a member of HAL Marketing Team for marketing & sale of ALH helicopter to Mauritius and Chile.
