Handling animals (Rabbit) and designing & creating animal wound models for corneal scarless healing formulation. I am also involved in developing in-vitro disease models using cadaveric cornea for several corneal pathologies and monitoring using OCT, Schempflug Imaging, Fundus Camera, Slit Lamp, Pachymeter• Isolation and expansion of Limbal Stromal Stem cells (LSSC) from Limbus tissue for animal study and clinical trials.• Decellularization, Lyophilization and Cryo-milling of active ingredient from various tissue sources. • Development of in-vitro disease models using cadaveric cornea for several corneal pathologies.• Efficiently setting up, cost effective laboratory operations and maintenance.• Identification, Negotiation and Procurement of high end equipment for long term animal study.• Design and create animal wound models.• OCT, Schempflug Imaging, Fundus Camera, Slit Lamp, Pachymeter• Ability to write and present reports to the top management.
