I was working there on translation initiation in prokaryotic cells. I learnt there about different techniques such as CAT assay, Bradford assay, Polysome Profiling, Sucrose density gradient centrifugation, and Thin layer chromatography.I have good hands on experience in bacterial culture, molecular biology techniques such as gene cloning, agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS PAGE, protein purification through affinity chromatography and also few Protein - Protein interaction techniques such as FRET, radiolabelled kinase assays and western blotting.
