As an intern at Intelligence Quality, I worked on a Time and Process Study project at Cryolor Asia Pacific, concentrating on Define, Measure, and Analyze phases of Lean Six Sigma.My role involved identifying opportunities for process improvement, managing time with Proplanner ProTime Estimation software to categorize Value Added, Non-Value Added and Semi-Value Added Time and applying SIPOC analysis (Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer) for Improve phase of Six Sigma, and analyzing key data to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
