Technical skills:-Prospecting, Exploration and evaluation of mineral deposits - Preparation of Geological reports and feasibility reports- EIA/EMP and Forest diversion of mining area-Coordinating, managing & monitoring all field activities and studies.-Conducting feasibilities study of mines for JV or outright purchase-Member of due diligence team for acquisition of assets.Liaison and negotiation skills:-Liaison with all government officials and departments for getting mineral concessions and statutory approvals required for mines & projects.-Liaison with the local stakeholders for smooth operations of the project related activities.-Conducting / organizing public hearing and gram Sabah at site for Environment Clearance, Forest Right Act -2006 etc. for FC.-Negotiations & obtaining consent from land owners required for acquisition / purchase of land for plant and compensatory afforestation .Acts, Rules and regulations:-Compliance of all statutory /Govt. approvals, Norms, Rules and regulations to obtain mineral concessions and procurement of land for compensatory land and plant.
