As Project Manager-in-Charge for 3000 Acres township project of Defence Research & Development Organisation:I managed construction of township project comprising Infrastructure & buildings for Administrative, Technical & Residential (Family & Hostel Accommodation) buildings and,Services Complexes including facilities such as Central airconditioning, water treatment plant and captive power station, helipad, network of 30Kms of roads and bulk water conveyance scheme.Reporting to Chief Construction Engineer, R&D (North), R&D Construction Establishment, DRDO HQ, Min of Defence.

I was selected for the position by Bihar Public Service Commission and was posted as Engineer-in-charge of Civil Construction Works of Major Irrigation Project – Gandak Canal Project in North Bihar.My duties included –Preparation of Project Reports for new projects,Estimation of Irrigation Schemes,Site management of Irrigation projects and residential colony for departmental staff. The posting was a great learning experience in documentations and process management.
