#.Responsible for smooth operation with SOP of plant with maintaining proper parameters.● Identifying production/operational losses on a daily basis and devising corrective action to elimination losses● Plan Schedule and ensure execution of daily weekly and monthly activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the plant.● Planning, implementing and monitoring technological changes to enhance productivity. ensure smooth plant operation and manpower safety norms● Operation of the plant through PLC/SCADA control and monitoring facilities● Monitor the equipment condition and alert the maintenance team for any abnormalities observed, before any breakdown● Ensure safe and quick restart of the plant on any shutdown.● Ensure downtime is keep to minimum, in terms of product purities and shutdown.● Responsibility of safe startup, shutdown and over all Mechanical and Electrical maintenance of Plant.● Responsibility for maintenance of Electrical and Instrumentation in plant including motor, Limit switch, Level Sensor, Over travel switch, RIO panels, PLC/SCADA Control Desk etc.● To handle emergency situation of desk operation with continues monitoring of all the parameters.
