Mechanical Engineer, currently working as Junior Engineer at Kosei Minda Aluminum Company Pvt Ltd. Had a hope of learning things which would develop my skills to reflect back for the growth of organisation.To my luck, got into the TPS (Toyota Production System) system implementations moving further as a Junior Engineer for Production (Casting).Concentrating on set of works•Lean Production.•Kaizen implementations for reducing the rejections & reworks of the product.•Conducting 4M change point management.•Production planning and to ensure the daily output of production with ensuring the quality of the product.•Managed 45-50 Members in the casting shop, having the daily production output of 3000 Products. •Improve the machine output through operator skill development via OJT.•Defect Analysis and identifying the countermeasure for the defect with implementations.•KPI managements for Energy Conservations.•Working on Industrial Safety aspects such as Hiyari Hatto (Near Miss), KY (Kiken Yochi) and OJT for the emplyoees with being an ERT member.This helped the Oraganisation to get through the White Card during the Audit by Toyota Kirloskar Motors.
