•Liaising with Stakeholders on high-value requisitions to complete purchase•Buyers to coordinate the, purchase order creation, expedite, open order, discrepancy resolutions (Procurement match exception, returns materials & shipping issues), and payments of purchase orders•Validate the capital project budget•identifying potential suppliers, and recommending the optimal sourcing approach (RFP, E-Auction.)•Creating RFQ/RFI to the potential approved suppliers•Negotiating price and finalizing on the best vendor that fits the criteria and initiating savings•Doing Spend Analysis and identifying the Highspend suppliers to make a Long-Term Contract to avoid the Price fluctuation•Releasing Purchase orders to the vendors per requirements within the stipulated period•Frequent interaction with the customers at the plant to ensure timely delivery of their requirements•Manage vendor relationshipsthrough professional communication, execute accurate purchaseorderplacement, and ensure all vendor contracts and pricing are maintained in a Database-Invoice Processing.-• Classify the invoice copy between CAPEX & OPEX• Validate CAPEX invoice whether the invoice as required details such as (BILL TO & SHIP TO, remit to address, PO # , invoice date, proper description , correct pricing, correct currency, exact vendor name)• If Invoice is properly submitted it will be sent to respective banner mail box for processing ,where it will automatically interfaced to DFM tool where the invoice processing team pulls up the invoice and work on it.• Invoice to process in Multiview for payment.• Confirmations: Work on Purchase order Confirmations.• PAST DUES: WORK ON PAST DUES.• VALIDATE CONSULTANT WORKSHEET ( POL, TIMESHEETS)

Generating Purchase OrdersFrequent interaction with the customers at the plant to ensure timely delivery of their requirements- Interactions with suppliersinvolving negotiations, contract renewal and streamlining the supplier base SPOC(Single Point of Contact) for Tire3 planning in location (Calgary)dentifying areas of improvementin theprocess and working with the Teamlead tochalk out action planstoenhance performanceof the process-Convening Team Meetings and circulating new updates

-Receive request in PRMT (Ariba) with product/service details required.--Select HP approved supplier. if not found, source external supplier.-Send RFQ with BOM (bill of material)-SAP PO changes: PO Block, PO unblock, PO ownership transfer, PO information modification (date, cost center, deletion flag) in SAP and error correction fallout.-PR TO PO ( SMART BUY )-Purchase requisition raised by the requester-Validate the PR with pre approval checks (supplier details, contract screening, payment term, commodity code, description, purchase type, mode of delivery and bill to details)-Conducting Supplier risk assessment (POTAC)•Invoice amount and supplier checking for version PO’sIf everything is matching, approve the PR and generate PO
