Pre-opening, hiring staffs, training setting up the SOP

1. Ensure the daily operation of the department as per the defined SOP2. Ensure the ARR and revenue of rooms division as per budget3. Co-ordinate with the sales team, different sales offices, OTAs and TA to ensure regular business at the higher rate4. Generate reports - Daily, weekly and monthly.5.
