• Meet and Train small business owners and CA, on cash flow / working capital• To track customers from the CRM- SFDC &Quickbase, leadsquared• Training the customers on the product according to their business (SMB) needs.• Setting up the product according to their business type.• Giving in person training to clients.• Solving the technical queries of the customer in and after the training.• Preparing monthly reports.• Participating into the events of Intuit for the promotion of QuickBooks.• Coordinating with the other members of the team in collection of client data.• Qualify , Onboard & convert to Paid Subscriber and Post sales

Present/ demonstrate Software (QuickBooks) to customers via the web in person.
