As Travel vertical Head (from July 2017 till date) Ensure growth for travel vertical business and tracking of progress against vertical dashboard. Defined travel vertical offerings, target customer segments and value proposition. Development of marketing material and enablement of sales team. Setting up travel domain knowledge base. Research on travel digital trends. Participation in travel events.  Mapping of our offerings (platforms and services) to customer value chain and business processes for travel customer segments.

Achievement and responsibilities handled as Delivery Director for large enterprise accounts from June 2010 till July 2018 Led a peak team of 500 + across multiple accounts. Implemented program management framework to successfully deliver complex digital transformation and global ecommerce development programs with 100 + testing and 300 + developers.  Account strategy, planning and growth of 30% yoy for the strategic customers covering positioning, differentiators and financial outlook. Managed a Breadth of technologies – ADM (Java and .Net), Mobility, BI, Analytics, IOT, Ecommerce, Testing, Middleware, ERP and Legacy. Implementation of DevOps platform to optimize development process by implementing Test automation, Continuous Integration and Build. Adoption of agile practices. Part of the core team for achieving the CMMI Level 5 certification and ensure compliance to CMMI standards. Was instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing a CCoE (Customer specific Centers of excellence) framework across dimensions like Innovation, knowledge management, capability development (technology/domain) and continuous cost and process improvement to deliver greater value. Governance and metrics based management with customer CXO level. Worked on several proposals and leading bids for existing and new customers. In the role of Program manager from 2006 - 2010 was responsible for transition and setup of ODC for joint venture with German IT company. Implemented all aspects of program management.
