I debated expanding on my experience/accomplishments which were many but for now, it would hardly matter as I've retired from corporate life. No one will remember the metrics you have met or beat over quarters and years. What I hope that will be remembered is the impact that I've had on the team that I truly cared for and served who time and again have delivered exemplary results

Transact is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona and has served the education community for over 35 years.I came aboard to lead a a global team of Supply Chain Analysts, Procurement and Logistics SMEs for this breakaway/start-up organization. Leveraging my broad-based supply chain expertise, I played instrumental roles in development and implementation, including training, of innovative data-driven business practices.Collaborating company-wide, my efforts ushered in the first-ever data-driven planning, forecasting, consumption, and inventory analysis, which in turn fostered double-digit, organic sales growth

Directed three global managers (US, Europe, and Asia), who in turn oversaw 30 supply managers for inclusive supply chain activities for the company’s 21, Category-1 clients in automotive, industrial, wireless, and consumer markets with revenues >$2B. Some of my contributions here included:• Spearheaded a double-digit (~18% YOY) growth model, within a declining semiconductor ecosystem, through introduction of a revenue- and margin-driven initiative, incorporating best practices and unification of splintered operational practices, within the global operating units. • Broke down a siloed organizational mentality through establishment of relationship building and regular communications processes with BU managers, and other stakeholders. • Reduced multiple supply-related escalations with increased collaborations among customers and engineering, providing realistic lead and on-time-deliveries, from design-in to delivery, for product launches and on-going support. • Teamed with cross-functional stakeholders in successful negotiations of contracts values from $80M to $200M/yr. Led the first-ever, long-term service agreements optimizing profitability, while still maintaining a competitive edge, relative to competitors in pricing and delivery.• Increased team engagement and upskilling with introduction of proof-of-concept (POC) methods, supported by the individual’s direct managers for improved processes and experimentation with new ideas for a best-in-class service model. • Proactively propelled technology and process initiatives that included cloud-based MS Teams and Smartsheets for a ‘mobile-first’ ecosystem, as well as introduction of predictive analysis tools, for improved management decision making
