* Design, develop, and test hybrid microcircuits for use in aerospace applications for ISRO,ISAC, * Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and specifications * Conduct thorough testing to identify and troubleshoot any potential issues * Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports * Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project success*Testing engineers play a crucial role in the research and development (R&D) process by ensuring that new product designs function as intended and meet the needs of end users. They collaborate with R&D teams to: * Analyze requirements and specifications: Understand the product's design goals and functionalities. * Develop test plans and strategies: Create a comprehensive plan to evaluate the product's performance, usability, and safety. * Design and execute tests: Conduct various tests to identify bugs, defects, or areas for improvement. * Report findings and collaborate with R&D: Communicate test results and work with R&D teams to address identified issues and refine the product design.

• Testing and validate the new designed Radio Unit (RRH) & Base Band Unit (BBU) with 3GPP specification TS 36.141. • Installing new setup and Radio conformance Testing for 4G & 5G designed Base Station module as per the 3GPP Test documents. • Measure and Analyzing the RF transmitter and Receiver Parameter like BS output power, Channel bandwidth, ACLR, Frequency Error, EVM, Spurious Emission, In-Band & Out-Band Emission using 3GPP standards. • Installing a E2E setup for designed RRH and BBU unit to executing the RF and throughput measurement. • Measure and Analyzing the Drive test Parameters like RSSI, RSRQ, RSRP, SINR, CQI, BLER & THROUGHPUT. • To support Automation team and developing ATE(Automated Test Equipment). • Prepare and Analyse radio Conformance test report for validate Radio Products. • Working on a RF component characterization lab equipment spectrum analyzer and signal generator.
