• Responsible for implementation, support development and testing for end-to-end implementation of the Highradius Cash Application product across NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC regions.• Responsible for mapping customers business requirements through fit gap analysis, analysing workflows to design solutions using Agile methodologies.• Responsible for planning project requirements and was actively involved during the Design, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare phases of the project• Understand client requirements, feasibility analysis, business use case and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to ensure the deliverables are delivered to the client without impacting project timelines.• Drove strategies through ValueComm Framework in order to achieve Time, Quality, Value and Service by proactively soliciting customer feedback to plan project deliverables aligned with the customer delivery schedules.• Identify best Solutioning approach, Assist the Solutioning Team towards building the best possible project roadmap and product architecture.
