● Manage Accounting activities to ensure compliance with GST, accounting principles & policies and internal/external audit. (Subject to in line with Company SOP’s)● Team Management, guiding & follow up with the team to daily basis works. (Billing & Return Inward)● Provisioning for Financial Expenses, Sales Cut Off.● Checking of Billing Terms and Margin charged to customers. Make required adjustments in books in case wherever applicable in order to correct the books balance.● Checking and validation of entries. (Sale Invoices, Sales Return, other Financial Debits & Credits)● Financial Ledger Reconciliation & Secondary Sales reconciliation. (For LFS only)● Collection of payments. (For Sales to Executive/ Non-Executive Directors & Management)● e-Invoicing system. (Generation, reconciliation)● Appropriate comments for observations raised in Internal/External Audit report. Ensure to optimize the gaps.● Inventory correction in Stock Points. (Only for discrepancy found in goods received from stores)● Development & automation. (Creation of new process, manual areas)● MIS, Database Analysis & other Adhoc repots as per requirement.
