A seasoned HR & ER professional with around two & half decades of experience across diverse industries including Chemicals, Hospitality, FMCG, Construction & Real Estate, Pharma, and e-Commerce & Logistics, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. I proudly hold degrees in Management and Law, with the privilege of being an alumnus of both IIM Calcutta and TISS.Currently, I am part of IDFC First Bank as Head of Employee Relations & HR Compliance. Previously, I served as the Director of HR at the renowned e-commerce giant, Flipkart. I was heading Employee & Industrial Relations and oversee the HR function for two business verticals - Jeeves Consumer Services (Flipkart Home Services) and F1 InfoSolutions & Services. My contributions at Flipkart include pioneering the establishment of the IR function and introducing industry-leading IR practices in the e-commerce sector. By devising and executing proactive IR strategies, I have successfully minimised IR challenges and enhanced overall compliance within the organisation. My journey prior to Flipkart led me to the pharmaceutical leader, Cipla, where I held various strategic roles, such as leading the HR function for Cipla’s Research & Development Centre, serving as the HR Business Partner for Supply Chain & Distribution, and lastly, leading Industrial Relations and Compliance functions for Cipla.Beyond my professional achievements, I am a dedicated Mumbaikar who now calls Bangalore home. I am a passionate explorer, finding solace in travel, trekking, and adventure pursuits.
