Manages Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain (Procurement) and Quality Assurance at processing facility to ensure that quality product produced in a timely, Safe and cost effective manner. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and productivity by developing new ideas, process improvement, and planning for upcoming equipment or process changes. Ensure all product orders are produced on time in line with the production plan.Ensures standards for product quality, equipment, and staff performance are maintained and that cost-effective ideas are used to maximize production. Ensures fixed assets are preserved. Initiates recommendations on purchases of new equipment and improvements to plant property. Manages and coordinate maintenance schedules and budgets to increase uptime. As well as leads preventive and predictive maintenance programs for the entire facility. Constant support to prepare and launch New Product Development.Enforce Food Safety and Standards requirements as per FSSAI and HACCP.Hires, trains, develops and appraises staff effectively.

Conduct suppliers visit upon major food safety and quality issues.Conduct supplier audits across Kuwait as per HACCP.Complaints investigation visits upon requirement at suppliers manufacturing or distribution site ensuring strict compliance with company's procedures and standards.Follow up with the suppliers to close out non conformances highlighted during the audit.Provide trend analysis of emerging quality issues or food safety issues occurred.Interact with various suppliers with regards to the complaints raised in resturants or commissary to get relevant investigation findings with route cause and corrective action taken to close out of the complaints.Quaterly evaluate all market suppliers performance of MH Alshaya, generates report and then send to the Supply Chain.Arranging and issuing product withdrawal (recall) during major food safety and quality issues in coordination with QA Manager, Supply Chain Manager and Restaurant Operation Manager.

Communicate with Manager any variances or improvements to be made to current department practices.Perform inspection to ensure compliance with GMPs and monitor CCPs, Personal Hygiene, Facility Hygiene, Date Code Checks and Glass Audit in compliance with HACCP.Preparation and collection of Microbiological analysis samples and send to Lab for analysis periodically.Investigation of customer complaint with root cause and corrective action.Maintain current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring.

•Supervision of overall online quality control activities and report non-confirmative with valid reason and records. •Inspect raw materials, finished and semi finished goods with chemical and physical analysis.•Inspect Combibloc aseptic filling machines packaging material integrity.•Calibration of all laboratory equipment and keeping stocks of calibration necessities. •Assist during commissioning of new Combibloc aseptic filling machines and also during major micro-bacterial unsterilities.•Sensory evaluate the product both Dairy and Juice prior to processing and filling.•Supervision of Laboratory Technicians and send relevant reports to QA Manager.

•Provide specialized technical solution to solve various complex food related problems. •Provides Environmental and Food Safety inspection/reports/analysis and surveys to appropriate Supervisor/Manager. •Inspection of military Mess Service facility and Army’s Food Product which delivered in Kuwait. •Water Analysis and Water sampling among the camps. •Weekly periodic reports.

•Ensures that hygienic conditions, storage and procedures are maintained during the processing and packaging of beverage.•Analyzing the raw material, finished and semi finished product and ensuring documentation is completed and meeting product specification.•Analyzing the whole process control points right from raw material to dispatch.•Chemical analysis, Packaging material analysis and Sensory evaluation and also included in sensory evaluation panel.•Constant supervision on quality of beer with written results in form of period reports.•Coordinate with Master Brewer and Production Supervisor to get the prompt decision in case of discrepancies.
