 Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.  Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.  Designing, implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules of spare parts. Responsible for indigenization of the spare parts. Co ordination with stores, quality & purchase dept. Finalizing the specifications of materials and establishing quality & quantity limits for effective functioning of the system. Preparing layouts and drawing for the project as per the process and instruments flow needs. I have knowledge of AUTO CAD.  Conducting installation, testing & maintenance of various equipments. Work Scheduling, Mobilization Of Manpower, Resource Planning & Allocation. Implement of HSE culture at work place.
