Accountable for delivering Global Services Remote Portfolio across all the business lines i.e. Network Planning and optimization, Technical Support,Software Upgrades, and Network Integration in Core domain.Conducting traffic studies, analysing traffic data and making recommendations for equipment changes /upgrades based on analysis to includeforecasting, trending and capacity projections. Providing Specific detailed information for hardware & software selection, implementation techniques & tools for most efficient solution to meetbusiness needs and future capacity requirements. Maintain high standards of competence through structured training, participating in new product integrations and on job trainings.
