 Strongly taking follow up with Senior Management of OEM Suzlon, Renom (Inox WTG), and Wind world for performance improvement.  Responsible for achieving the target generation by maintaining PLF as per budget. Ensure targeted Machine Availability on High Wind and low wind. Compliance of EHS policy.Co-ordinate with O & M Service providers and maintain high-level generation Conduct periodic review meeting with O& M service providers and sort out various issues related to Site. Adherence to timelines for completion of technical due-diligence for new Assets as well as Existing. Responsible for 350 MW Asset operation and maintenance in entire Rajasthan State.

 To build and lead a team of site supervisors and field technicians. Prepare overall Budget, MIS, planning & scheduling of Operation & Maintenance activity. Reviewing and monitoring processes, internal controls, risk and performances Activities involved working with > 5 contractors, 50 employees, government & other agencies. Communicating regularly with customers for Maintenance Plan, JMR, and Billing & Major Breakdown. To oversee all operations and management servicing work of all Wind farms including Turbines and Allied Equipments. To provide periodic (even real time) operational data about the operation of the various wind farms including energy generation, billing, payment collections etc. Effectively negotiate, finalise and renew comprehensive Operation and Maintenance contracts. Provide leadership in technical, commercial and prioritization of Wind Farm maintenance activities to O & M contractors. Administer and implement all aspects of health & safety policies, practices and programs to reduce or eliminate occupational accidents, injuries and other hazards. Establish and maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, quality, creativity and a team-oriented workplace. Support negotiations with O&M Contractors, BOP contractors, & utilities Support preparation of work plans and budgets for proposals for wind farm operations. Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various process to increase machine up time & equipment reliability Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency. Sound working knowledge of SCADA and CMS. Work on developing very safe working culture throughout zone. Timely analyzing & submitting performance by using power curves, Maintenance Schedules, warning/ faults details & force Majeure reports

Maintenance and Operations Leading the team of technical engineers & providing technical support for operation & maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the project. Presentation of Site performance to higher management and monthly and yearly basis. Preparation of site budget upcoming year and Handling all Site Activities with in given budget Increase MTBF and reduce MTTR of WTGs exceeds given target. Downloading & Uploading New Software & Parameter in SCS controller for Machine performance and fault analysis. Implementation SCADA at site level successfully.  Work to ensure defined operational parameters – Generation, Machine Availability, Reactive Power, and Transmission Loss should be achieved. Study the generation reports, cluster analysis and working for better output of the WTG. Identifying the poor performing WTGs and working for root cause analysis for same  Preparing the history, conclude the root cause & preventive actions for major failures in WTGs Liaising with MSDCL-To take joint meter reading with MSEB, Submit documents for credit notes & prepare-submit debit notes Maintain inventory for the critical spare of equipment of given area Planning and scheduling the major maintenance activities with proper logistics and spare parts support. With proper the Preventive maintenance as per SOP to minimize major component failure of the WTG Handling Site preparations, mobilization of contractors for carrying out OMS activities Implementation of PFMEA documents-QCP & PWI for Preventive maintenance process Coordination with 3rd party Auditors for quality and WTG Audit for operative condition Attaining customer visit, satisfy their Queries and represent company strategy in front of them regarding WTG & generation Carryout quality audits at WTG. Maintaining documentation ISO 90001, OHSAS18001 Standard. Identifying the new Vendor/ contractor for carrying out OMS activities of the WTGs.
