My most recent experiences involve digital strategy - helping my clients figure out what they should be doing in the digital space, and why. But more than just strategy, I view myself as someone who has lived and breathed digital for his entire career. From my earliest experiences in consulting, I know all solutions start with understanding the client's business problem first and foremost, and that you aren't successful until you've got the metrics that show you've impacted your client's bottom line. Because of my background in project management, I can tell my clients not only what they need to get done, but also help them put together realistic plans that get them there. And then help them execute those plans. I sweat the small stuff - the details that often get overlooked by someone who hasn't done it before, and doesn't realize you don't just win consumers with big creative campaigns, you also win them by creating user-centric experiences that seamlessly deliver what the consumer wants, whether they're on a computer, mobile phone, or just tweeting at you. I know what it takes to develop and manage client relationships, build and lead teams and grow business. And to top it off, I've got years of experience in Pharma, Financial Services and other regulated industries - industries in which words like legal, regulatory and compliance are a standard part of the vocabulary.
