I'm skilled in eLearning Digital Content Development, Learning Management Systems(LMS), SaaS Platforms, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Marketing & Social Entrepreneurship.Beginning modestly in 2006, MayaHive (formerly Maya Creations) grew into a premier web solutions company, overcoming early challenges through perseverance and adaptability. Despite the absence of supportive infrastructure, I navigated the business landscape, earning degrees in IT and later an MBA while exploring various tech initiatives. In 2018, eLearning.lk was launched to address the lack of localized tech education, evolving into Sri Lanka's largest online learning community. stemfactory.io followed in 2023, catering to hands-on STEM education for children.Despite economic crises, our startups prioritized growth and employee well-being, distinguishing themselves as resilient entities. My ambition extends to establishing a globally recognized company, a first for Sri Lanka, aiming for a Fortune 100 listing. With capital constraints prevailing, self-funding remains a primary strategy, though external investment avenues are explored.Our flagship product, WisdomLMS.io, represents the culmination of years of experience and collaboration.
