Additionally, I oversee the Global Allergan Aesthetics Legal team, where we manage complex, cross-functional issues that impact product marketing and sales on an international scale. My role as part of our Executive Leadership Team allows me to engage with our Board of Directors on pivotal compliance matters, ensuring our strategies align with both regulatory standards and business goals.Our compliance team has comprehensive responsibility, from guiding business operations, R&D, and privacy practices to internal investigations, transparency reporting, and global compliance training.
