•Design and develop pressure vessels according to ASME or British Standards based on client specifications.•Develop pressure vessels by analysis (conducting FEA) based on ASME standards.•Preparation of detailed manufacturing drawings of pressure vessels and related components.

• Machine designing and preparation of detailed production drawings, development of tools, quantities, required materials and equipment in accordance with the relevant design.• In house machine fabrication works supervision in accordance with the project plan and, assemble the machined and fabricated components ensuring the machines achieves quantitative and qualitative parameters. • Liaise with related stakeholders in designing plant machinery and equipment and, provide technical inputs to suppliers and fabricators during fabrication, installation and commissioning stages.• Formulate mathematical and simulation models for required design parameters.• Development of production floor arrangement and materials flow path arrangements for optimum and efficient operations of the machines and to be ergonomically optimum for the operators.• Improvement project management and provide technical recommendations to improve machine efficiency and productivity.• Resources management and man power allocation for project tasks in order to achieve project targeted goals.• Technical evaluation documents and Request for quotation preparation for equipment and material purchases

• Designing and development of new concepts, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), 3D modelling and generating of manufacturing drawings of spreaders and revolvers according to client’s specifications based on DIN Standards (Creo Parametric 3.0 and One Space Designer)• Design improvements, new spreaders designing and introducing feasible mechanisms to improve working efficiency of spreaders (Research and Development) • Support manufacturing facility during fabrication process and product testing• Preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM), Operations and Maintenance Manuals (OMM) of the spreaders

• Designing and development of new concepts, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), 3D modelling and generating of manufacturing drawings of spreaders and revolvers according to client’s specifications based on DIN Standards (Creo Parametric 3.0 and One Space Designer)• Adaptor frames design for structural strength, efficient operations and required life.• Preparation of structural calculation for twin-lift arm, Finite Element Analysis for telescopic arm, end frame, rotator and twin-lift housing.• New mechanisms design, evaluate and conduct FEA for safer and efficient operations of spreaders and revolvers.

• Conducting classes on machine designing and machine drawing together with computer aided machine designing and machine drawing tools (AutoCAD, SoildWorks, ANSYS)• Design, development and fabricating of test apparatus for Mechatronics practical sessions• Conducting of Thermodynamics, Mechatronics and Mechanics of Machine practical sessions

• Mechanical, hydraulic and Electrical knowledge in both maintenance work and fault detection in Quay Cranes, Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes and Spreaders• Platform design for efficient and convenient repairing of Quay crane festoon cables• Fatigued trailer improvement design for container movement inside the terminal• New mechanism design to operate sluice gates in an efficient way• Design of Prime mover washing rail
