In this role, I was responsible for streamlining the processes of the Materials Requirement Planning system (MRP) and Bill of Materials (BOM) by reviewing and updating data. Along with following system guidelines whilst directing and overseeing all facets of production activities from materials preparation and resource utilisation to manpower cost estimation, I also maintained inventory levels by restocking goods, monitoring materials availability, and procuring items. Moreover, I contributed to the execution of project plans and budget reports. During this role, I was responsible for supervising the performance of workers, assigning daily tasks, and evaluating drawing to assure a smooth flow of operations.
