Roles and Responsibilities• Provide network support for the client location for Canada, US.• Working on latest technology like Cisco, Arista, Nexus.• Configuring new devices, Creating modifying exiting configuration.• Configuration and troubleshooting OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.• Maintain maximum network up time via 24*7 support.• Co-ordinate with ISP incase of any link failure.• Maintaining the DNS entries using Infoblox tool.• Checking SDWAN/TLOC related issues.• Monitoring the network health via spectrum.• Capacity management and link utilization reports.• Maintaining SLA of P1,P2,P3,P4 Incident.• User level troubleshooting, and vlan modification.• Co-ordinate with onsite team for any physical level troubleshooting and connectivity.

Roles and responsibilities• Supporting as L1 network engineer for Data center and device management.• Installation of devices and connectivity• Replacement of faulty devices like cisco 6500/4500/Viptela 1K/2K/5K• Basic configuration on devices.• Provide support on bridge call during any issue.• Checking and troubleshooting any connectivity issue.• Maintaining data Center of multiple site for any device installation and decommissioned.• Data Center Cabling and vendor escort support.• Co-ordinate with ISP for any trobulshooting.• Working on ServiceNow tool for any incident management • Provide support to calling user if any related to lan port.• Inventory management.• RMA management.• Audit of network devices frequently.• Co-ordinate with NOC and user related issue.• Providing support for Cisco telepresence meeting.• Aruba AP related issue and replacement of Access Points.• Implementation according to HLD, LLD design.• Stacking of Cisco 9300/9500 Devices.• Provide support to US based clients also.
