Established a strong client base in a short span of time offering services in the area of Recruitment & Training.Built the business from scratch with planning, registration, organising funds and deciding on location and team. As an entrepreneur was responsible for each and every function that related to the business. In spite of a difficult recessionary market built a client base of over a hundred in a span of 24 months.

Dubai

Started and built the Middle East entity of Ma Foi with offices in UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. Identified and evaluated suitable options for building the regional business with legal entities in the form of free zone enterprises, joint ventures, sponsored entities and franchise operations. Starting all alone built a team of over sixty people with diverse backgrounds in the region. Serviced Talent acquisition requirements, HR interventions and Training needs of a varied client base from the Industrial. Oil and Gas, Aviation and BFSI sectors.Initiated, built and led a global Energy vertical for Ma Foi catering to talent needs of the Oil and Gas sector from Canada to Brunei. Completed multiple cross border recruitment projects apart from Searches at the Middle to Senior levels.Member of the Operations Board of Ma Foi. Board member of all legal entities in the Middle East, Ma Foi London and Ma Foi Global Search services.

Mumbai Area, India

Established and grew business initially in Delhi and later the entire Western Region with a new office in Mumbai. Starting with a small six member team grew the Mumbai office to be the largest entity in the country. Established Ma Foi as a preferred partner in many large Mumbai head quartered corporations and Multi National Corporations. Developed a leadership team to lead the offices in the Western Region - Pune, Vadodara, Indore and Mumbai. Built the business plan to expand into Middle East along with Managing Director and eventually moved to Dubai to set up the first International office for Ma Foi.

New Delhi Area, India

Responsible for Sales of Computers, Photocopiers, Digital printers, Fax machines and EPABX/ KTS systems to Government and Corporate sector in specified regions and territories of India.
