Core achievement include a) Implementation of online PMS system using one of the latest cloud based platform and implemented Competency framework; b) Streamlined SAP-HR functioning; c) Successfully driven two Public Hearing (PH) in a sensitive environment, led to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and d) Organization Restructuring & Succession Management.
