He uses OD concepts for leadership development, change, succession & performance management. He works in the areas of organisational culture and facilitates in creation & implementation of Purpose, Values & Vision. Sanjay uses various tools like facilitation, coaching, appreciative inquiry, action learning, conversation models, systems & design thinking, keeping people at the centre while working. As a leadership, business and performance coach, his intention is to support clients in their life journey exploration, enabling them to reflect, learn & bring about desired outcomes to move to their next version, both as an individual and collectively as an organisation. In his coaching delivery, Sanjay uses a unique blend of ICF, alternate healing, NLP, positive intelligence, and aspects of behavioural science. Having extensive experience in HR & Talent Management, Sanjay helps organisations in various aspects of the people function, including strategic & advisory HR, organisation design, structures, policies, talent & performance management, employee engagement, tech HR, compensation & rewards. He works almost like an extended CHRO for organisations.Sanjay is the Founder of “Leaping Frog”, an organisation with the vision of helping people and organisations realise their deeper capabilities, work on their strengths & facilitate the learning and change process. His last engagement was with K&S Partners, one of India’s leading IP Law Firms, where worked as the Chief Talent & Culture Officer. Earlier, he was the co-founder of The Aryans School and The Aryans Associate, a training and consulting outfit. Sanjay feels fulfilled by “giving” & doing his bit wherever he can add value. He volunteers with Listening Hearts, supporting people by hearing out & letting them pour their hearts out to an empathetic ear. Travelling, trekking and exercising are some other areas that excite him. Farming is very close to his heart, and he foresees actively participating in sustainable agriculture and farmer community development & sustainability initiatives. Work is on the way.
