Design MCC, Control Panel. Selection of panel size and making of External and Internal GA. Preparation of Technical Data Sheet of Electrical Equipment(Panel, Transformer,DG) Coordinate with Suppliers Project Managers to follow up the project as per schedule. Contraction power arrangement at project site as per requirement. Procure all equipment’s and materials which are related to the project  Inspection of project work in site according to the project timeline. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly plan as well as compliance report. Preparation of Distribution,Board shedule,LT Cable shedule,Voltage drop calculation, Cable tray containment calculation.

Job ResponsibilitiesMajor Job Responsibilities include:Ensure availability of Method instruction sheet at workplace. Ensure availability of latest control plan, drawing, MIS at supplier site, handling various quality issues at supplier end. Prepare incident quality report e.g. Sample Inspection Report, 8D etc. Organize sample inspection for supplier’s component/sub assembly/product using drawings, process plans, I & T schedule. Analyze deviation using fault chart, 7QC Tools Analysis of customer complaint product (Relays).Analysis of rejected product in final inspection.To follow up for calibration of instruments.Pre-dispatch inspection of Siemens product as per control plan. Conduct ISO 9001 audit.Checked product as per Control plans, checklist. Incoming & in process inspection.
