The division was transformed from -2% EBIT to 18% EBIT within 2 years with positive Cash flow, reduced debtors to 70 days. Developed highly motivated team to accept challenges. The elevated the division as “the Best place to work” amongst all divisions in CG. Capacity addition was done for future growth.

The division’s turnover is Rs 170 Cr and manufactures High Voltage Instrument Transformers upto 420 kV Class and Condenser Bushings up to 420 kV Class. Started career in 1985 as Trainee Engineer. Actively participated with the division right from Installation of manufacturing equipments.Promoted as Product Manager for Condenser Bushing line responsible for Marketing, planning, production. Business growth was achieved 3 times within 2 years of span.
