Store the materials in the respective storage locations as per warehouse design and store procedure for each set of material.Issue materials to other FOB, if required and generate the respective Material Transfer note.Maintain control and knowledge of the stock room. Maintain 100% accuracy of inventoryConduct 10% inventories to maintain federal acquisition regulations requirement for annual 100% inventoryIdentify any damages during the course of the inspection process and generate the Overage Damager Shortage Report (OSDR) and forward the same to the corporate procurement department as well as the concerned officials.Receive materials on site as per material list and arrange for inspection of the same. Generate the Materials Received Report (MRR)Collect all necessary information on the materials to be received on site such as shipping notifications, packing lists and coordinate necessary activities to receive material on site.An issue material as per issue slips and updates the inventory status. Ensure proper approval is obtained on the material issue receipt.Maintain copies of all certificates, procedures, purchase orders, material transfer notes in an easily accessible location for the audit process.Provide input on all material requisition notes on the availability of the same on site and status of any pending arrival.Ensures that shelf life items are stored utilizing the First-In/First-Out (FIFO) process. Preparing 1348-1A Form for Expired materials ship to DRMO.Maintain the Form LOG.653.F0163 for Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials.Good knowledge in Maximo.Overseeing 3 direct hire and 15 local national employees.Carry out any other duties as requested by the direct supervisor
