Provide leadership regarding investigations, processes, procedural actions and communications.• Assisting in the execution of the mechanical, piping, pipe line construction works and in engineering requests for information and clarifications pertaining to the install mechanical, piping and general site activities.• To ensure pre-fabrication, testing and painting of all the new pipe spools in accordance with the relevant project drawings I n fabrication workshop.• Planning and monitoring welding activities both for field and workshop.• Ensure that all work is completed according to design and commissioning procedures on schedule and to appropriate level of HSE, quality.• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.• I shall prepare the work permit and any other permits that are required for the job prior to submitting the work permit for approval. I shall discuss the procedures, checklists, risk assessment, job safety plan are to be used, and these shall be present to the responsible person for approval and attached to the work permit.• Responsible for performing hydro test activity and get it witnessed by quality team in presence of client. (Hydro test for ASME 31.3, 31.8 / 300, 600, 900, and 1500 class pipe lines).• Perform pipeline de-sledging, de-oiling and purging activity prior to pipeline maintenance work and I ensure that redundant pipe lines are drained, flushed and cold cut and transported to PDO scrap yard.• I ensure that all the activities are completed as mentioned in scope of work for each well, get witnessed by client at site and get clearance for completion of test pack.• Lead and coordinate with the QA/QC in all quality related aspects.
