Sanjay is the President/Managing Director of M.R. Technofin and brings over 35 years of advisory, management consulting and engineering experience in infrastructure sector, globally. Sanjay is a senior transportation professional who has served as a team leader and key expert on numerous railway and other transport infrastructure consulting mandates including techno-financial/economic feasibility studies, procurement advisory and administration (Public-Private Partnerships), technical assistance and institutional strengthening as well as detailed project reports and engineering design studies. He has a sound track record in undertaking multiple low carbon and climate resilient freight and passenger railway, dry port (inland), multimodal logistics and other infrastructure projects. Mr. Mittal has been involved in a number of IFI-funded international cooperation and development mandates including World Bank, African Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency in multiple countries across Sub-Sharan Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, North America, Central Asia and MENA region. Sanjay has significant exposure to working in multiple developing countries including India, Nigeria, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana, Philippines, UAE, etc. as well as Canada and USA.
