Why is attendance important in BNI?The members who have fewest absences close the most business. Fewer absences = more referrals. Three absences in six months (the maximum) lead to 73% less business.

Why does traffic lights exist…tracking of progress…what gets measured gets achievedDream to have 100% green chapter.Shall send individual traffic lights to each member along with guiding them to achieve next level.Work from the bottom have zero grey chapter. Get in touch with new members and make them understool to carry out basic acitivities to be out of grey from the very first month. (Ariving on time, attend all meetings and have 3 trainings in first month, with 2 nos 1-2-1 each week)Work on individual basis , best way is to carry 1-2-1 with selected members need personal attension or group discussion with all grey/red/amber/green members.Recognise green members and top scorers fron the chapter after each month report received.Prepare Education slot for traffic lights and be ready as and when asked for by your LT or Edu co-ordinator.

The Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for collecting the chapter fees, used for paying for the meeting venue and other chapter related expenses. The role is quite simple and involves small amounts but it is very important to make sure the chapter can function and no member ends up owing large amounts of money. Each week the Secretary/ Treasurer announces what they collect and why, how much the chapter has on hand and if it sufficient for the purposes it is collected for.

An effective Visitor Host team is one of the hidden elements of BNI and typically they are made up of a mix of experienced and newer members who are very positive, welcoming and prepared to do more than just help at the meeting.- Phone invited visitors before the meeting to explain where to go, what to bring and what to expect.-Arrive at the meeting early to greet visitors and members-Briefly introduce visitors and subs to the meeting and report about progress with prior visitors-Meet with visitors at end of meeting to explain the application process and invite them to apply-Follow up with first-time visitors prior to next meeting-Form the Membership Committee alongside the Vice President
