Responsible for overall business marketing and sales in North India.Responsible for Liasoning, Recruitment, establishment of network,etc.

Job responsibility of C&FA , in Agri input Industry dealing with Fertiliser, Pesticides, seeds, Salt, Soda, Food Grain etc.Cover the entire UP East supplies.

Sourcing/ operations end to end business in reliance fresh stores of Punjab Prior to assignment I was responsible for fertiliser business as a whole through our agri business centres at NHQ, As a team member was involved in supporting establishment of whole sale distribution store (ranger farm store) and preparing for complete rollout at NHQ in gurgaon. Prior to above Assignment I was Manager and state health farm procurement based at Lucknow and was responsible for overall management of sourcing operations, establishment and roll out of Rural business hubs, transportation and distribution, pricing and marketing of agri(f&v) products for the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Responsible for sales of tractors and developing marketing network.

Responsible for branch management and control supervising field investigation financing of tractors, timely collection and recovery of overdue, handling legal liaison, Repossession of NPA cases and settlement.

Responsible for overall management of CEOs business and profit centre, market and business development, Finance and distribution control and reporting to company head.

Responsible for overall sales of designated Geographical area including planning and implementation of marketing strategies, Brand/sales promotion commercial - Auditing etc. So far world in UP, Bihar, Punjab and Haryana.

To assist unit head marketing in deciding the product mix in view of the preference indicated by the prospective buyer and the trend adopted by the competitors. Besides ensuring execution of commercial Jobs.
