I have experience of working in telecom domain, Consulting domain and Manufacturing domain with role spanning IT expert in MTNL, project executioner in Indus Towers, HR specialist heading COE- R&R in Aircel, Entrepreneur in Kopal, HR Generalist in PI Industries, A1 Fence & Aditya Birla Payments Bank, Lead - Sales Productivity in Aditya Birla AMC and Head - Comp & Ben in Aditya Birla Money Ltd. One quality that has been embedded in me through such varied experience is quick adaptability in new roles. I have been a high performer throughout my career and this has been possible only due to my flexibility to learn new things very fast.HR Analytics has been my friend in my professional journey that has helped in taking decisions which impacted the Organizations positively be it increasing the reach of learning & development in PI Industries to launching of Sales Productivity tool in AMC to identifying the root cause of Attrition.
