Subsequently led Honeywell's Software Transformation charter across all of HTS India, to drive increased New Product Introduction (NPI) efficacy, innovation, speed to market, and swift/recurring revenue realization by embracing contemporary technologies, paradigms and architectures. In alignment with Honeywell’s overarching transformation, the mission focused on drastically compressing the idea-to-revenue curve with first principles of incremental value delivery, change-resilient development methodologies, evolutionary architectures and end-to-end automation.
