Current• Spearheaded the successful SKU optimization project for Laboratory furnaces, reducing the SKU count from 219 to 134 within a remarkable time frame of 5 months. The project was implemented in Q1 2023.• Demonstrated expertise in competitive benchmarking, IP landscaping, and comprehensive market analysis, gaining valuable insights into competitor furnace portfolios.• Conducted thorough Bill of Materials (BOM) scrubbing to address availability issues and uncover opportunities for SKU reduction.• Pioneered the utilization of Infrared heating in furnaces and ovens, proposing the concept in CRC(collaborative research contracts) submission.• Successfully collaborated with suppliers to establish localized manufacturing in India, enhancing efficiency and accessibility for furnace products.• Applying expert knowledge in water purification technologies, specifically Capacitive Deionization (CDI), in the ongoing Water Purification project to optimize water quality and propose viable OEM options to the Business Unit.• Spearheading technology enhancement and cost-cutting initiatives within the Water Purification project, contributing to improved product performance and substantial cost savings.• Additionally, calculated 2D heat transfer for lab glass door, recommended suitable materials for temperature control, and developed POC for IR heater and water purification products with CDI technology.• Recognized for the environmental challenge, securing a top-three overall position in the company-level environmental challenge competition for Infrared heaters for furnaces and ovens.
