This role represents in the leadership steering committee for both BPO & Technology.  Led technology deliveries for Americas & Europe with significant cost reduction by offshoring the key roles. These included HUL (Unilever Group) On-Demand DR services; Shared Tools and Services, Data Center Services for IBM’s first two commercial DC’s in Bangalore.  Setup of Greenfield HUL DR On-Demand Services since inception.
