Founder and CEO of Strait Logics, Sanjay specialises in building employee benefits software that helps businesses engage and motivate their workforce. With a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science from Imperial College, University of London, he has a passion for low level programming. Sanjay also has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by HR teams today and is dedicated to developing various solutions that streamline workflows, aid effective communication, and allow HR professionals to stay focused on valuable, meaningful projects. Some of the prestigious projects that Sanjay has consulted on include GlaxoSmithKline, Barclays, Royal Dutch Shell, Chevron, Tesco, to name just a few.Having started his career leading the development team for one of the largest print bureaus, he now follows his ambition to have free reign to develop HR benefits software with no limits, within his own business – Strait Logics.
