As a Territory Manager my responsibilities at MSIL were :-Strategizing and planning for achieving model-wise new car sales volume targets-Analyzing both Macro-economic and micro-economic factors affecting business, competitor analysis, trend forecasting and devising a strategy for the region to drive sales volumes month on month-Monitoring and tracking market share in order to increase market share in key cities of the region-Budgeting, Planning and executing ATL and BTL and digital Marketing activities to drive volume -Responsible for managing & monitoring dealer sales performance on various sales and sales support parameters like utilization of funds, review, guide dealership in planning and growth, infrastructure of outlet and ensuring Dealership profitability-Planning of yearly and monthly sales targets & achievement of set target by monitoring & periodic reviews

At Mahindra I was responsible for handling LCV Cargo Sales for Mumbai Area office covering entire Nasik, Goa and Mumbai. I managed three dealerships in all, the key role being, achieving sales through these channel partners by goal setting, reviewing dealer targets & taking corrective actions for improvement, training & development of dealer personnel, tracking-competition activities consumer schemes & dealer incentives, planning & reviewing BTL activities.

Worked on the communication strategy for Tata Motors' small commercial vehicles SuperAce Mint and Magic Mantra. I was also responsible for doing an extensive primary and secondary market research on the small commercial vehicle market and thus played a key role in laying the foundation of the communication strategy for the above mentioned brands.
