Down South Sri Lanka (Refurbish And Re-Branding)

I was responsible of Refurbishing and re opening of the property for the group and working with all the leading travel agents of Sri Lanka for bench marking the property in deep down south. Specially with French and all other European Markets.

North West Sri Lanka

Managing the largest property of the group consist of 164 rooms with a 82% occupancy around the year with all the leading travel agents for their Supreme west and East European and English up market clients for providing services for their utmost satisfaction.

South Coast Sri Lanka

A very busy hotel with its's operation for all market and specially European Holiday makers who comes for long beach stay holidays for winter assisting the group general manager.

Eastern, Sri Lanka

As the resort manager I was responsible for pre opening and setting up the standards of the hotel as a branded 4 star hotel and its business development and bench mark of the product for its operation in the newly developed resort hub of Pasikudah, out of twelve luxury hotels in the east coast of SriLanka (Currently owned by Aitken Spence)

Habarana North Central Sri Lanka

This is a 150 room's/ 100 room's luxury hotel complex in the cultural triangle. I was actively involved in r branding for cinnamon & Chaaya hotels at a later stage while at the same time assisting the general manager in the running operations.
