I am a graduate student in Master in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University of Australia. I am interested in computer networking and network security, so I took number of subjects related to networking at Charles Sturt University. I learned about packed tracer which is a visual simulation tool that is developed by cisco which allows building different topologies of the network. Besides the classes, I like to visit new places exploring the natural beauty of Australia, and spending quality time with loved ones.- Delivery and Operation I have managed provision of operational security management and administrative services. I prepared a complete plan including finance and resource management along with legal policies and legislative authorization for a new business project.(Business Modeling level 3)- Skills and QualitySince I understood the importance of using right skills at the right time is very important in ICT industry, I am always counteracting daily activities in office environments with appropriate work practices to ensure optimum quality control.(Competency Assessment Level 4)- Relationship and EngagementCustomer service is something I have followed for quite some time now as I believe a quality service provided is another business day. I have created digital goods like animations, applications and webpages and had to deal with customers where I developed a professional manner of customer servicing. I also work as a part time baker, where too I deal with many customer and provide service to them in a daily basis.(Customer Service Support Level 5)
