Responsible for the entire communication with the customer Volvo ( Sweden,Belgium and Malaysia).- solving and analyzing customer´s issues, concerns, and requests with focusing on the automotive methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5WHYS, control plan, PFMEA- ensuring those customer requirements are incorporated into product functional specifications- supervising of the change management on the assigned projects and the following introduction into the serial process- cooperation with a development department on the pre-serial projects and following successful introduction into the serial process- creating and supervising on the action plans and permanent corrective actions linked with the decreasing of int/ext scrap rate- evaluate the results of customer product audits and providing feedback to the native organization (production, engineering, development etc.)- responsibility to report weekly overview of Q results directly to the management- providing technical support directly to the final customer in terms of attendance on the quality audits (car body)- analyze parts returned through the warranty system together with the responsible Process Engineer- regular monthly Q meetings at the 1st tier customer (Belgium/Sweden)- creating and designing a process capability studies, i.e. regulatory and tolerance limits proposed by product development- process capability evaluation on a two-monthly basis- using of appropriate statistical tools train team members in use of the statistical applications and techniques - helps to a supplier for homologation of samples.- Handling PPAP and APQP time plan for the new projects.
